Serving You with Family Values

In the late 1990s, Beau Brothers and his family in northeast Arkansas encountered the same frustrating dilemma that many familes face when seeking qualified in-home assistance for a loved one. "When my grandmother began needing help at home on a full-time basis, we couldn't find licensed, bonded and insured caregivers," Beau recalls.  "None of the Caregivers were officially managed or trained, nor were they even screened for a history of criminal involvement.  My family and I had very little peace of mind that my grandmother's needs were being met.  From this experience, we realized a real opportunity to help other people in a similar situation."

Beau and Kimberly Brothers have vested their time and energies toward providing the BEST CARE in the non-medical homecare field.  Beau and Kimberly are both graduates of Arkansas State University where Beau attained a BSA in Accounting and Kimberly a BSA in Education.  After several years of teaching, Kimberly decided to work with SEI Healthcare and assist in the expansion to Memphis, Knoxville, Chattanooga and Gray, TN.  Her personal experience with caregivers was a very positive one, when her father received hospice care for a period of time, and she found that COMPASSIONATE caregivers are sometimes the best medicine for one facing the end of life's journey and for the family enduring the pain of loss.

Because of both their personal experiences, Beau instills in all of his employees and his family the DO IT BETTER THAN EVERYONE ELSE motto.

On March 17, 2009, Miss Isabella Diana Brothers joined Beau and Kimberly to expand their family to three!  Isabella joined the world very early and spent over one month in the neonatal intensive care unit at Baptist Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee.  Weighing only 2 pounds, 12 ounces at her birth, she is now an active eight-year-old with an inquiring mind!

Beau, Kimberly and Isabella Brothers attend Brentwood Baptist Church.  They happily reside in the Westhaven community of Franklin, just south of Nashville.

Beau and Kimberly understand they are blessed to work together in managing the day-to-day operations and the expansion of SEI Healthcare.
